Processing Times

At Goldenjulythreads, each item is made to order and personalized just for you.

Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for custom orders to be designed, created, and prepared for shipment. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, customization requirements, and seasonal demand.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Rush Orders

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order at goldenjulythreads@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate rush requests whenever possible, but expedited production cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Times

Shipping times begin once your order has been completed and dispatched.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 2–10 business days
United States: 5–14 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, customs processing, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may be required to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Goldenjulythreads is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist where possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at goldenjulythreads@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
